Trouble at work

by Guest on Thursday, March 10, 2016 - 3:40am

Does anyone else have problems with roles that are not clearly defined and instructions that do not make sense or lack specificity?

I have my INTJ life figured out - Ask me anything!

by rallyredevo on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 - 11:48am

I lead what I feel is a perfect life for my INTJ personality.

Ask me anything!

I've basically streamlined and distilled everything to its basics, and continually improve upon each.

Did you know that ENTP and INTJ are a good match for relationships?

by dantelidium on Thursday, February 25, 2016 - 12:47am

Do you know why?

The common "NT" traits lead to deep conversations and meaningful connections.
Two intuitive thinkers.
A feeler and thinker may clash heads because the thinker can hurt the feelers feelings.
A intuitive and observant type may not get along because one likes to enjoy the mind and the other likes to enjoy the world.

The "EP" traits balance each...

INTJ female bad at relationshops

by jwav3814 on Friday, February 5, 2016 - 2:11am

I worry that things I say that are logical and rational are hurtful.

e.g. I'm an INTJ woman in a relationship with an ENTJ guy, who used to be my best friend - we were very close and then lost contact for 9 years and decided to give it a go. we did LDR (long distance relationship) for 2 years and then he's moved in for a year. for about that time, we've not been having much NSFW action...

INTJs in Relationships - Too Critical or Just Being an INTJ?

by bakerbr on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 - 4:04pm

Hi there ... I'm a lifelong-tested-always-the-same-outcome INTJ female. I've been looking for some observations on whether INTJs are naturally perceived as being too critical in relationships or whether it's just me! After several failed relationships in the past and a lot of self-reflection, I thought perhaps I would be better (i.e. less critical) in the future. Almost three months into a new...

What type am I?

by Guest on Sunday, January 17, 2016 - 8:40am

I took several online Myers Briggs tests online. The results I got were INTJ, INTP, INFP-A, and one result which said that I was intuitive but on the borderline of the other characteristics. I relate to almost all INTJ characteristics, such as being "insatiably curious" and pondering over the deeper meaning of existence, etc. Also I have several tendencies, such as to correct people even when...

Found my personality type!

by thollis1987 on Sunday, January 3, 2016 - 1:12pm

Hi, everyone. I just want to say I am a 28 year old woman who has finally found my EXACT personality type.

I have struggled for about year and a half out of extreme curiosity. I viewed and tested multiple personality tests

online, and every time I got different results. I was either ISTJ, ISFJ, INTJ, or INFJ. So, I got fed up and came to

this website to try to find out...

Fellow INTJs, I need your help to guide me in the right direction

by Maria_kj on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - 6:15pm

I'm a young INTJ with no idea what to do with my life. I have many interests, but few passions, and I don't know what to study..

I went to theater high school, and then on to become a petty officer in the Navy. My engagement ends in summer, and I don't think I want to prolong it..

My grades are good, so most doors are open to me, but deadlines to apply are creeping...

Success without human connection.

by Guest on Sunday, December 13, 2015 - 8:30am

So apparently I am a INTJ; I've been extremely successful in everything I've ever put my mind to although human connection I seem to have trouble with.
I am relatively monotone when it comes to expressing my feelings towards others and that seems to be a problem for some people, especially when it comes to romantic type relationships and I've been told by multiple people that I am "cold...

INTJ (lack)

by sammydoh on Saturday, November 28, 2015 - 5:05am

So, apparently INTJs make up like 2% of the population. Anybody out there?

Can you explain the nuances of human connection to me? I am extremely confused. I just asked my friend if he had wiped his shoes and washed his clothes before coming into my room, followed by a blunt "what took you so long" and he just stormed out. Is this some kind of ESFP thing?

OK, so in LA class I was assigned the question "Should Charlie Gordon from Flowers for Algernon have had the operation to increase his intelligence?"

Here is what I've got:

Please share your thoughts.

What advice do you have for an INTJ thinking of retirement; other than financial?

by Guest on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 - 7:06pm

The subject states the question. When retiring one needs to think of three areas beyond the financial question, these include (1) Physical Activities, (2) Social Connections, and (3) Mental Stimulus. In my opinion, an INTJ will have no problem with #3 and #1, but I suspect an INTJ may have difficulties with #2. Any thoughts? Or suggestions?

professional organizing

by lindaselby521 on Saturday, November 21, 2015 - 2:20am

Which personality type is suitable for becoming a certified professional organizer? Would it be good for an INTJ?

please help with a new career

by lindaselby521 on Saturday, November 21, 2015 - 1:39am

I am a 42 year old INTJ woman who needs a new career. I stupidly got a BA in Anthropology and then a Muliple Subjects teaching credential. Teaching elementary school was too stressful in terms of being around tons of kids and having to control their behavior. I was constantly sick, and not from their germs. I want to do something appropriate for my personality type now, but I'm so old!...

Being an INTJ parent

by Guest on Friday, November 6, 2015 - 2:15pm

When I gave birth to my son eleven years ago, little did I know how illogical and yet wonderfully imperfect my life would become. (Don't be fooled it's still quite organized and efficient as possible ;) )
I was scared that I had to take care of this little life that would not be able to verbalize his needs, play games I really didn't get but played along anyway. Many a nights of " I...

Achievement Matters

by Guest on Friday, September 11, 2015 - 5:59pm

Hello, I enjoy very much to read about personality types. Being frank i want to read how to decrease INTJ weekness and to change the world concept. I would also like to talk to other INTJ profile people that has both achieve something great and that is not that successful in the worldly jargon.

Lets share the Idea to do Something Great Once Again :)

Could there be another Personality Type? INTJ/INFJ mix

by Smurf on Sunday, August 30, 2015 - 12:29pm

Made this Peronality Type test more times that I can remember.
Most hitting INTJ, about 99%.

But got also a tie between INTJ and INFJ. Some things acctually do fit into INFJ such as reading people's emotions and being complex.

(The Counselor has a unique ability to intuit others' emotions and will often know how someone else is feeling before that person knows it...
