The Career Surveyor measures two major areas that are vital to choosing an appropriate career: your interests
and your personality
Your interests are measured according to the system of Holland codes (also known as the RIASEC model). The test measures your interest in 6 major areas: Building, Thinking, Creating, Helping, Persuading, and Organizing.
Your personality is assessed using the Big Five (also known as Five Factor) model. You'll be scored on five major dimensions of personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Resilience.
